Either way, once your property and design are finalised, we will then run with the project – from existing home demolition or new home excavation to the constuction of your new home.

While expanding his work to include Haliburton and now the Greater Toronto Area, Trevor maintains his cottage country roots with local contacts, designers and team members to deliver premier cottage design and build services in the area.
Following and guiding you through every step of the process, Trevor’s familiarity with the area can give special insight into the best sites available, and can assist you with the entire site selection process, so that your custom-built cottage is in the perfect location.
